Suites

Introduction

The most
beautiful
kennels you may ever see

Chandeliers on the ceiling.
Uplighters on the walls.
Privacy curtains outside every bedroom.

We have 62 Suites, so there is plenty of space for all of our Guests.

Our Suites really are room-sized, much larger than standard facilities.

The Suites have 2 large rooms each and lead out to small gardens.

Your dog will have both a Bedroom (underfloor-heated front room) and an Ensuite & Exercise room (unheated, cooler outer room that leads to the outer corridor, gardens and grounds).

Grand Hallway

Our airy hallway is spacious at 17m by 15m (55ft x 49ft), stretching from the internal double doors to the garden doors.

It feels more like home than your average cramped kennel corridor. The Hallway has sparkling chrome chandeliers, central table, wall lights and pictures of Guests on the walls. Even the distance between kennel doors varies between 2.5m and up to 3m apart.

At night, the ambiance switches to cosy when the wall uplighters are switched on.

We have privacy curtains outside each room. Ideal to make rooms feel cosy, safe and secure. The curtains can cover the large glass and UPVC doors to the Suites, to make our Guests feel their room is truly theirs.

The Hallway doubles as a
BIG
Play Room

It's a lovely area for blowing bubbles, playing fetch with lots of coloured toy balls, laying down a long line of treats, playing obstacle courses, having cuddles with Canine Carers and making new friends.

Bedroom

Comfort Items

You can bring comfort items from home for your dog, their teddies and toys, a favourite bed or — anything you want — to help them settle.

Cleaning

Some Guests are tidy and some not so much! Either way, we always thoroughly clean and disinfect from top to bottom - including walls, doors and floors and everything in between. Freshly cleaned pillows, blankets, rolled towels and rugs are all prepeared for our lovely Guests.

Sleeping

Bedrooms have underfloor heating. We supply raised beds and blankets, soft rugs, water bowl and all kinds of toys.

Dividing Doors

There are 3 doors to every Suite, which provides flexibility in different weather conditions or personal heating requirements, more interest and naturally, safety and security. Plus, of course, having doors feels much more like being at home!

Bedroom Door

From the Grand Hallway, the Bedroom doors are staggered on each side. This may look a little different as it's not symmetrical, but this is great for dogs, as it means other dogs cannot see directly into their room! Plus, there is always the privacy curtain for those who need extra reassurance and privacy.

Dividing Door

The dividing door between the Bedroom and the Ensuite & Exercise Room can be useful for many things, including keeping the Bedroom warmer for older pets, separating dogs at feeding time and any cleanup required.

Exercise Door

From the Ensuite, the exit door gives immediate access to the Outer Corridor, which leads to the gardens and grounds. A great option to have open in the warmer months and closed during any wild and noisy weather.

Temperature

When It's Hot

Cool, tiled floors. Temperature capped at 16° C. Our rooms have maximum airflow. Industrial fans kept on day and night to keep the kennels cool with constant airflow. Fresh, cool water is kept topped up.

In extremely hot weather, we will play games and provide enrichment activities in the Grand Hallway and Suites. We can go outside to wade in the paddling pools and rest in the shade of the trees.

When It's Raining

Inside, we have warm Bedrooms, cooler Ensuite & Exercise Rooms and the Grand Hallway, or our large Indoor Play Barn for activities.

When It's Cold

We have underfloor heating, so Guests can also hunker down in their rooms. Activities depend on your dog's age, requirements, likes/dislikes and the weather.

When It's Snowing

That underfloor heating is the best tummy warmer! Activities will vary for each dog.

Small Gardens

Immediately outside our Guests' rooms are the small gardens. Perfect for morning and night toilet times. Regular Canine Carer contact with playtime and cuddles is key, creating trust and friendship which leads to settled and happy Guests.

7 large play areas
24 individual gardens

The gardens made secure by 8ft fence, surrounded by fields and woodland. It's all adjacent to the Suites, so we can go indoors or outdoors immediately and spend more time together.

Indoor Play Barn

We also built an enormous Indoor Play Barn, where Guests can play on very cold or wet days. Elderly dogs and hairless breeds will love this - because it won't matter what the weather is doing outside, they will be happy, dry and warm!

We have a selection of toys, from balls and ropes to splash pools for hotter days, and treat balls, to keep active minds on the go.
